Additional Comments:  "The films stars, Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone, accounted for 25 of the film's 27 smoking incidents. Sadly, Michael Douglas's character was a recovering addict who had quit smoking and drinking, but the circumstances during the movie caused him to relapse.  This was underscored during an Internal Affairs interview, during which his character started to smoke; when told that there was 'no smoking in this building', Douglas replied, 'what are you going to do, arrest me for smoking?'  This scene mimicked and earlier scene involving Sharon Stone and Wayne Knight."
