Additional Comments:  "Actress Elizabeth Perkins was responsible for most of the smoking in this movie, accounting for 7 of the 9 smoking incidents.  This included scenes in which she smoked around Tom Hanks, playing a boy trapped in a man's body.  I didn't count this as "smoking around children", I certainly counted the scene in which Rockets Redglare's hotel clerk smoked around child actor Jared Rushton, which pushed the rating to 4 Butts."
