Additional Comments:  "Some films earn 4 Butts, and some films really earn 4 Butts!  16 different characters account for 57 smoking incidents, including two of the film's stars (Al Pacino and Madonna).  Other notable actors caught smoking in the film include Dick Van Dyke, and Mandy Patinkin.  Even some of the detectives were seen smoking around child actor Charlie Korsmo.  All of this is a G-Rated movie based on a comic strip character."
