Additional Comments: "It is always interesting to review a documentary.  In this case, all of the smoking was found in archival footage by real historical figures.  Examples include Iraqui President Saddam Hussein and Saudi Arabian Ambassador Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz.  While there was a significant amount of smoking in the film, the historical nature of the film reduces the rating to 1 Butt.  However, there is a fascinating scene about airport security, where breast milk was banned as a threat, but matches and lighters were allowed... perhaps at the behest of the tobacco industry?"
