This film was reviewed by Dr. Barry Hummel of QDREF on September 16, 2012.

Additional Comments:  "There is a running gag in which one of the film's stars, Matt Frewer, pulls out cigarettes despite the fact that he had supposedly quit.  While that provided a negative message of tobacco, it was balanced by the fact that one of his discarded cigarette butts provided the kids with a source of heat and light during the night.

Later, the actor pulls out and holds a pack of Camel cigarettes in a blatant scene of product placement."
