Additional Comments:  "There was surprisingly little smoking for a pirate movie, but far be it from Steven Spielberg to make a kids' movie without smoking.  A great example in this film is the unnecessary scene of Hook (Dustin Hoffman) smoking two cigars in a double cigar holder."
