Additional Comments: "One of the running gags in this movie was Mel Gibson's attempt to quit smoking by eating dog biscuits when he had the urge to smoke. As a result, Mel Gibson pulled cigarettes out five times, but Danny Glover never gave him a chance to light them! Even better, no other actors were seen smoking during the film. This was a very positive change given the depiction of tobacco use in Lethal Weapon and Lethal Weapon 2."
