This film was reviewed by Dr. Barry Hummel from QuitDoc on August 31, 2014.
Additional Comments: "Mercedes Ruehl, who won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance, accounted for over half of the films smoking scenes. In one scene, she actually was shown encouraging the shy character played by Amanda Plummer to smoke. Throw in a few scenes of smoking by the Jeff Bridges, the film's star, and you can see why the film earned a rating of 4 Butts."
