Additional Comments: "Shelley Duvall accounted for most of the smoking in this film, made all the more disturbing by smoking in several scenes around her young son (Danny Lloyd).  There was also a number of product placement advertisements for Virginia Slims and Marlboro.  One other scene of note was a vision or flashback of an event in the hotel ballroom that contained a number of background extras that were smoking."
