Additional Comments:  "Six actors, including Robert Downey Jr., Nick Nolte, and Tome Cruise, are seen smoking during this movie.  However, the cigar-smoking child actor Brandon Soo Hoo is responsible for the most disturbing tobacco use in this movie.  It's an R-rated movie, so it isn't exactly meant for children to see... but that doesn't lessen those disturbing images."
